1. Subscription
You may subscribe to one or more investment plans and fund them by deposit. Each funded plan forms a contract governed by its stated monthly rate and term. Rates are snapshotted onto your contract when it opens.
2. Earnings
Illustrative earnings compound at the plan's stated monthly rate and are reinvested into your balance. Figures shown are estimates and targets only — not a promise of future results.

4. Withdrawals
Flexible plans may be withdrawn at any time. Fixed-term plans are payable at maturity, subject to these offering terms and the operator's settlement cycle.
5. Identity & data (KYC/AML)
You authorise identity, anti-money-laundering and accreditation checks. Access is protected by role-based controls and TLS encryption. Your data is processed to operate and safeguard your account.
6. Electronic signature
You agree the Subscription Agreement may be executed electronically; the full name you type at registration constitutes a legally binding signature, recorded with a timestamp and reference.
7. Currencies & reporting
Deposits are accepted in supported currencies and held per-currency. Consolidated (base-currency) figures use reference FX rates and are approximate.
8. No advice
Nothing on this site or in the platform is investment, legal or tax advice. Consider your circumstances and seek independent professional advice before investing.
