How your returns are generated
Returns come from the operational spread on fast-turnover grain trades — not from betting on the direction of commodity prices.
Origination
Selected producers are paid cash at the truck for corn, soybean and sorghum. Buying at the point of loading captures a favourable price and a ready-to-ship position.
Hedge
The physical margin is immediately hedged on the B3 and CME exchanges, so the expected spread is locked in regardless of where grain prices move next.
Resale & settlement
Grain is delivered to large buyers within a defined window and settled through escrow accounts. The captured spread — net of costs — is the source of your return.
How risk is managed
Hedging and structure are designed to reduce risk — they do not remove it. Capital remains at risk and returns are not guaranteed.
